Equine Services Overview
We are very excited to be able to offer our equine clients the use of our new on-site equine facility. Having a well built, noise reduced area where horses can feel comfortable in a busy setting was our goal. There are two large, solid wood doors that open the area completely for easy entry and safe loading to and from the trailer. There is a large stall with a sliding steel door, rubber matting and fresh shavings to provide a safe, comfortable and spacious area for our hospitalized horses. Cameras in the barn allow the staff to monitor the activities of the patient from other areas within the hospital. A loft was added to provide that “barn” feel to the room, and serves as a functional storage area for feed and bedding. Attached to the 
barn is our isolation ward which was built large enough to accommodate a foal if needed. This facility can be utilized for several procedures such as routine health exams, vaccine administration and floats. As well as laceration/wound repairs, hospitalization and I.V. fluid therapy.
